Free webinar at 2pm on Wednesday 6th December 2023.
Ask your questions to, and join a discussion with, an expert panel of academics and practitioners working on the private rental sector.
The private rented sector has the highest rates of fuel poverty in England. Improving energy efficiency and housing conditions in the sector is essential if the UK is to meet its net zero and fuel poverty obligations. Yet the sector also has numerous entrenched challenges that impede energy efficiency retrofitting, particularly affecting some of the most vulnerable and marginalised people in society.
Join our expert Q&A and discussion to have your questions answered on the barriers to improving conditions in the PRS, and the policy changes needed to make those improvements happen.
