This report provides insights on the implementation and impact of the Greater Manchester Social Housing Quality Fund which provided £15 million grant funding to social housing providers in order to facilitate improvements in housing quality. The research reveals a number of key lessons for program development and implementation and found a range of benefits for many of the participants including for improving thermal comfort and health outcomes.
